Project Firstline provides an extensive array of infection control educational resources tailored to cater to diverse needs and learning preferences. These resources encompass various tools, including videos and training toolkits, meticulously designed to meet various learning styles.
Through a collaborative partnership, the MHA Keystone Center has teamed up with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) to create and promote a series of online learning modules. These modules have been designed to cater to the needs of healthcare systems in Michigan, and the most remarkable aspect is that they are available at no cost.
The central objective of these resources is to provide healthcare workers with the vital knowledge and competencies required to engage in critical thinking about infection control. This goal is achieved by integrating adult learning principles, educational best practices, CDC recommendations, and the foundational scientific principles that underpin effective infection control strategies.
For more educational resources, please visit both the CDC and MDHHS Project Firstline webpages.
